I'm a Product Manager at Bectran, where I work with engineering, and QA teams to build and improve a B2B SaaS platform used by organizations that range from mid-market to enterprise.
Day-to-day, that means translating customer needs into clear requirements, collaborating through sprint cycles to ship quality releases, and keeping both the business and technical sides of a problem in view. Over the past two years, I've helped deliver 20+ feature enhancements and an AI-powered OCR solution that improved operational efficiency for users by 30%.
Before Bectran, I contributed to Generative AI initiatives at Kimberly-Clark by supporting a strategic roadmap focused on Responsible AI and leveraging Generative AI to improve and optimize content creation workflows across major retail channels.
I hold an MS in Information Systems from Indiana University alongside a background in Marketing, which has helped me solidify myself as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders.
